Jack Mackenroth (born 29 April 1969 in Seattle, Washington) is an American swimmer, model, fashion designer and HIV activist. He competed as a swimmer, worked as a model and fashion designer, and appeared on season 4 of Project Runway as its first openly HIV-positive contestant. In early 2018, at the age of 48, he began performing in adult films via OnlyFans. He is a prominent HIV activist. Note: mainstream-dominant crossover - his adult work is a later chapter of a mainstream fashion and television career.
